Cal/OSHA Enforcement and Citation Defense

If an inspector has already been to your site, these are the services that matter first. Cal/OSHA gives you 15 working days from receipt of a citation to file an appeal under Labor Code section 6600, and you do not need an attorney to do it — 8 CCR section 378(a) allows a non-attorney representative.

McNeil Safety Consulting is based in San Gabriel and serves employers throughout California. Citation defense and appeals work also extends to Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico, North Dakota and South Dakota. In Washington and Utah we provide safety and EHS consulting only, not citation defense.
